How do I get a refund?
If the owner doesn't respond within 12 hours, your unlock fee is automatically refunded. No action needed from your side.
Is there any brokerage or hidden fees?
No. Cribliv charges zero brokerage. The only cost is a small unlock fee to reveal the owner's contact details, refundable if they don't respond.
How can I list my property?
Visit the 'Become an Owner' page, complete a quick Aadhaar verification, and your listing goes live after review.
